Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Stephen Montgomery.
The 37-year-old from Healesville is wanted on warrant for multiple driving offences.
Stephen is described as Caucasian in appearance, approximately 6ft tall with a thin build and ginger hair.
He is known to frequent the Healesville and Yarra Glen areas.
Investigators have released an image of Stephen in the hope that someone may be able to provide information on his current whereabouts.
