IT’S an orchid situation no one is shying away from.
Now in its 22nd year, The Yarra Valley Orchid Society’s Annual Orchid Festival still attracts huge crowds.
Beautiful displays of exotic and native orchids are the main attraction, along with the opportunity for beginner and expert orchid enthusiasts to tap into the secrets behind the success of the exhibitors.
Potting demonstrations, plant sales and delicious Devonshire teas and light lunches add three more reasons to linger a little longer among the orchids.
The Yarra Valley Orchid Society is always looking for new members and the Orchid Show is a great time to talk to members about joining.
The Yarra Valley Orchid Show will be held on Saturday, 21 October, from 9am to 5pm and on Sunday, 22 October, from 10am to 4pm at the Seville Hall, Warburton Highway, Seville.
