INTERESTING to note that the Napthine Liberal Government has given $45 million to upgrade TAFE in Frankston, yet they give the outer east only $2.25 million to start a small TAFE in a caryard. Could this be because they won the seat of Evelyn in the last election by 12 per cent?
Could they be saying ‘we’ve got that won – we don’t need to back up our candidate out there by finding a solution to their education crisis?’
Could this also be the reason why the seat of Frankston got $45 million? Is Frankston, unlike Evelyn, a seat the Liberals think they need to win?

Independent Candidate for Evelyn.
