FIRE destroyed a shed and damaged the exterior of a Healesville child care centre over the weekend.
The blaze destroyed the child care centre without some of its playground equipment, art materials and Christmas decorations.
Healesville and Badger Creek fire brigades were alerted to a fire at the Robyn Jane Child Care Centre on Haig Avenue, Healesville, at about 3am on Sunday, 13 November.
Healesville CFA captain Graeme Bates said a security guard noticed a small garden shed located at rear of the property was alight.
Anyone with information on the blaze is asked to phone police on 9735 1066.
