Wellbeing Day

LILLYDALE Lake will have interesting activities to offer when Community Wellbeing Day is launched on Thursday 20 November.
As part of its community wellbeing program, local community housing organisation Anchor has organised Wellbeing Day.
The inaugural event will showcase all things recreational from fly fishing and cricket to martial arts, a rock wall, performances by the Rocky Road Reclink Choir at 12.30pm and the Full Metal Jacket Halcyon Band at 1.30pm.
There will also be yoga, relaxation massage and much more.
The day will conclude with the fun run/walk around the lake at 3pm.
The expo, which runs from 10.30am to 3.30pm, is an expansion of Anchor’s housing role to include the community wellbeing program.
Recreation Minister James Merlino will officially launch the event at 1pm.
The program will provide recreational and networking services for marginalised and isolated people, with the aim of breaking down barriers that limit their social opportunities.
Network information stalls will be operating with representatives from Reclink, Ranges Health, Community Kitchens and Day 2 Day attending the event.
