Despite the wet weather and early start, community members braved the conditions across the Yarra Ranges and turned out in droves to pay tribute to the Anzacs. The dawn services, gunfire breakfasts, marches and keynote addresses inspired all those who attended, young and old. The ‘Mail’ team of Greg Carrick, Kath Gannaway, Derek Schlennstedt and Peter Douglas attended various services throughout the region to ‘snap’ the action. Please view our gallery of this morning’s services in the Yarra Ranges.
