HUNDREDS of DVDs and CDs were stolen in a $20,000 burglary from a Dixons’s Creek property.
Yarra Glen police and Lilydale CIU are investigating the theft from a home on a seven-acre bush property in Old Toolangi Road.
The offenders forced a window to get into the house sometime between 18 April and 3 June.
Senior Constable Glen Piper from Yarra Glen said the owners of the property were away for a time and discovered the break when they returned home.
Sen Const Piper said property stolen included a washing machine, jewellery and other household and personal items.
Police would like to hear from anyone who noticed unfamiliar vehicles or people in the area during the eight week period.
