Police are appealing to anyone who may have seen a 42 year old male who is known to frequent the Healesville and Dandenong Ranges.
Kevin is currently missing and police believe he may be in the Richmond area.
He’s approximately 174 cm tall, medium build with brown eyes and black curly hair.
Anyone who sights Kelvin or has information on his whereabouts is urged to contact Healesville Police Station on 5962 4422.
