Yarra Ranges Council is hosting their final My Aged Care Café Connect session in Yarra Glen on Thursday, 20 July .
The talk will provide patrons with useful information and practical advice on how to access and make the most of aged care services as well as tips on how to navigate My Aged Care.
The event is beneficial for anyone considering aged care services as well as their family or carers.
The How to Navigate the Aged Care System will be held on Thursday 20 July, from 10am to 2pm at the Yarra Glen Memorial Hall which is located at 45 Bell Street, Yarra Glen.
