Green is a go for visit

GREAT food and wine, great music and the beautiful Rochford winery location – it’s a combination which has made A Day on the Green (ADOTG) an evergreen music event in the Yarra Valley.
More fantastic concerts are planned for this summer, the 11th year of ADOTG with the series starting on Saturday 29 October with jazz-rock icons Steely Dan and legendary UK singer Steve Winwood in a huge double-bill concert.
Steely Dan have sold more than 30 million albums worldwide and helped define the soundtrack of the ’70s with songs including Do it Again, Reelin’ in the Years, Rikki Don’t Lose That Number, F.M., Peg and Hey Nineteen.
Acclaimed singer/songwriter Steve Winwood, on his first trip to Australia in almost 20 years, will perform classic hits including Gimme Some Lovin, Higher Love, When You See The Chance Take It, Valerie and Roll With It.
The chance to see two of music’s most revered and multi-Grammy Award winning artists on one stage is undoubtedly a night not to be missed!
ADOTG promoters have been blitzed by the response to the recently announced Cold Chisel show in November which sold out in under 30 minutes, and are heading also for a sell-out of the Meat Loaf concert on 15 October.
Reserved seats and general admission tickets for Steely Dan and Steve Winwood, and last chance tickets for Meat Loaf are on sale now from Ticketmaster.com.au or 136 100.
