RACQUETBALL is all about hits, giggles, fun and fitness.
Squash Victoria, the state’s peak body for squash and racquetball, is introducing a friendly, fun and social ‘learn to play’ program for women, Hits and Giggles.
Mountain Districts Squash and Racquetball Club hassigned up, and will host its first session at 10am on Thursday23 February.
The program is for women looking for have fun, get fit and make new friends without the pressure of competitive play. It includes six one-hour sessions over six weeks and is designed to increase skills, confidence and fitness.
