She said the baton was expected to arrived in Yarra Glen about 4.30pm on Monday, 20 February, before moving to Healesville.
“The baton will arrive in Healesville about 5.15pm and be carried from the Terminus Hotel to Queen’s Park,” Cr Keane said.
Singer Archie Roach will headline a program at the park’s oval, which includes the Kahurangi Maori Dance Theatre of New Zealand and the Kulcha Boyz dance troupe.
