The Business Calendar provides local businesses with a comprehensive diary of events including business breakfasts, meetings for trader groups, and seminars and workshops to help with business plans.
Councillor Graham Warren encouraged local business people to check the Business Calendar for events that may be of interest and benefit to their business. “The calendar contains a variety of different events to help small businesses survive in today’s competitive market,” Cr Warren said.
“There are listings for events up to one year ahead, giving calendar users the opportunity to book for different events well in advance before their schedules get too busy or the events themselves become booked out.”
Entries on the calendar list important information including venues, dates and times, costs involved, booking information and contact details.
The calendar is easy to use – simply select a date from the month by month calendar, or enter a keyword in the search box.
