Pink Lady is in town

ON SUNDAY 17 February the Toolangi District Community House/Toolangi Singers will launch Wade in the Water.
The event will be hosted in support of the Breast Cancer Network Australia (BCNA).
All donations collected at the launch will be donated to the BCNA to continue their work to ensure that Australian women diagnosed with breast cancer have the very best information, treatment and support available.
More than 60 community choirs right across Australia will watch Wade in the Water, a grassroots documentary about the value of community participation and the healing power of song as they share with the community the joy of singing to raise awareness and funds for BCNA.
BCNA supports Australians affected by providing free resources to women diagnosed with breast cancer.
Corporate and community fundraising activities have enabled the BCNA to launch a new resource, the first of its kind, for women diagnosed with secondary breast cancer (also known as advanced or metastatic breast cancer).
The Hope and Hurdles Pack is available free for women living with secondary breast cancer.
All are invited to attend the national launch of Wade in the Water at the Toolangi Forest Discovery Centre, Healesville-Kinglake Road, Toolangi.
Wade in the Water will begin at 3pm for the cost of a gold coin donation upon entry.
