YARRA Junction police are seeking witnesses to the theft of a $6,000 ride-on mower from a Woori Yallock store.
Senior Constable Kevin Hall said that District Hires and Sales – Woori Yallock was broken into over the first weekend in November.
“We believe that the break in occurred around midnight on Sunday 2 November,” Sen Const Hall said.
“Neighbours have reported hearing noises from the property around then.”
He said that the ride on mower could only be transported by trailers and was hoping someone may have seen it.
Those with information are urged to contact the Yarra Junction police station on 5964 1104.
