YVMDFL players Paul Grayling, of Wandin, Matt Stolarczyk, of Woori Yallock, Dylan Troutman, of Olinda Ferny Creek and Daniel Waters, of Upwey Tecoma, have been nominated in the initial training squads for the WorkSafe VCFL teams.
Grayling and Stolarczyk will train in the senior competition coached by Hawthorn legend Peter Knights while Troutman and Waters will be vying for a place in the under-19 state team under Damian Sexton.
The squads will train in Melbourne for the next three weeks with players from regional leagues across the state.
The WorkSafe VCFL teams will take on the best of the Victorian Amateur Football Association on Sunday 19 July at the Junction Oval, St Kilda.
