THE front window at Warburton police station was smashed on 12 August.
Warburton police acting sergeant Tony Pagels said a person, who attended the station, had kicked the glass panel to the right of the front doors, shattering the glass.
He said police were on duty in the community at the time of the vandalism, somewhere between 7pm and 1.30am.
“We would like to remind the community that if the station is unmanned at the time to call 000 in an emergency,” Sgt Pagels said.
Police are appealing to any witnesses who may be able to assist in their investigation to call Warburton police on 5966 2006.
