FORMER AFL footballer, runner and trainer Mark McKeon will speak at the final Yarra Ranges Council Bushfire Recovery – Building Resilience Men’s Night on Wednesday 2 March.
Program co-ordinator Mandy Black said Mr McKeon was one of Australia’s leading keynote speakers who presents all around the world and is the author of three internationally published books.
“Mark is a very entertaining and uplifting speaker and his topic It’s All About You will focus on coming out the other side, with practical strategies on adrenaline, wellbeing, resilience and fun,” she said.
Mr McKeon was fitness and team-building coach with Collingwood for 14 years and the club’s runner for an AFL record 250 games.
He worked with the State of Origin series, played for Melbourne and represented Victoria through the VFA.
