A COMMITTAL mention in the James D’Zilva case was adjourned for a second time at the Melbourne Magistrates’ Court on Thursday 5 May, and will not now be heard until 21 November.
D’Zilva is still in custody after he was charged with a number of offences, including attempted murder, following the stabbing of Healesville police officer Chris Bullen at the town’s Shell service station on 7 December 2010.
He went on the run after the incident until he was arrested in Richmond on 5 January.
