A MILLGROVE man has been charged with the assault of a teenage girl in Lilydale.
Police charged the 37-year-old man with indecent assault, stalking and unlawful assault after an incident at the Main Street shopping complex on the morning of 26 September.
Police reported the 19-year-old girl went to use the public restrooms at the complex and was followed into the toilet by a man.
It is alleged that he indecently assaulted the woman and then left the area.
