WORKS in Seville’s main street are well underway to improve pedestrian safety in the shopping precinct.
The works, scheduled to be completed by the end of this month, are in response to concerns from traders and pedestrians about footpaths.
Director Environment and Engineering Mark Varmalis said every effort was being made to keep disruptions to a minimum to maintain customer access to the local shops.
“It’s business as usual in Seville, and we assure customers they will still have access to the same great service they are accustomed to at their local shopping centre,” Mr Varmalis said. “Parking facilities can be accessed at the rear of the shops.”
