Tastes of the Yarra Valley

By MELISSA MEEHAN

NINE of Malaysia’s top chefs had a taste of the Yarra Valley yesterday as they visited Victoria as part of an effort to feature Victorian produce.
Organised by the Victorian Agribusiness Council, with partners MLA, ANZ and the Victorian Government, the chefs have influence on buying decisions within their businesses and are highly respected in their countries.
The group visited private winery and cattle farm Thousand Candles in Seville East to taste the best of the Yarra Valley.
See next week’s paper to read all about the Yarra Valley’s part of the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival including the Herb and Chilli Festival.
