UNDER 16
THE opening match had the spectators on the edge for three quarters as they got to see good hard football, where the lead changed several times. Late in the third quarter Healesville copped a few injuries to their engine room. Wandin capitalised on this, kicking four in a row to take an eight-point lead at the last break. To Healesville’s credit they spent everything in the last quarter, locking the ball in the forward line for most of the quarter bringing home an inspiring 18-point win.
