A 30-YEAR-OLD Don Valley man will face court for a second time in September in relation to assault and other charges.
The man, who is on remand for a number of charges relating to breaches of family violence intervention orders, assault, intentionally causing injury and recklessly causing injury, appeared before Magistrate Crowe at Ringwood Magistrates’ Court on Monday 27 July.
The offences occurred between 10 November 2014 and 30 June this year at Healesville and Don Valley.
The matter was adjourned until Wednesday 2 September.
