Warburton shone during the River of Light Winter Festival on Saturday 4 August.
The event took place at the Arts Centre Warburton and along the Yarra River as the sun set on an icy winter’s day.
Spectacular lanterns starred, but the free family festival also included a seasonal community dinner, live music and kids activities.
The aim was to showcase Warburton’s beauty and celebrate the local community, businesses, producers and growers
The night had support from Bendigo Community Bank Warburton and Yarra Junction, Yarra Ranges Council, and Auspicious Arts Projects.
