To help visualise, that’s 50,000,000 of the little vitamin-packed green vegies that have found their niche in recent years on tables throughout the nation. Bruce is in a good position to gestimate. The Adams family farm business, has been growing sprouts for the best part of 40 years in Coldstream, rotating the crops each year throughout the 700 acre farm.
