Police are appealing for public help to find Wandin North teenager Aislin Clarke.
The 15-year-old was last seen at her Warburton Highway home about 8.30am on Thursday 22 August.
Police and family have concerns for her welfare due to a medical condition that requires medication.
Aislin has dark blonde hair and a fair complexion.
She was last seen wearing a black beanie, grey top, tracksuit pants and ugg boots.
Police released an image of Aislin in the hope someone knows her whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Aislin or has information on her whereabouts should call Lilydale Police Station on 9739 2300.
