The recent storms dubbed a ‘once in a lifetime’ event have brought about some breathtaking images as the Yarra Valley was inundated with water and as trees and powerlines became dominoes, leaving a trail of destruction.

In the aftermath of the storms, community members took to the outdoors to capture the devastation to their community, including photographer Suzanne Phoenix, who took some stunning photos of Warburton. While SES volunteers documented some of the many jobs they attended through a difficult and busy period.
