Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Wantirna woman Sophie.
The 19-year-old was last seen at a medical facility on Cooper Street in Epping about 7.30pm on Friday, 30 September.
Police and family are concerned for Sophie’s welfare as she has Type 1 Diabetes and requires insulin.
It is believed she may have travelled to Healesville.
An image of Sophie has been released in the hope someone can provide information on her current whereabouts.
She is described as being of slim build with blonde hair and was last seen wearing a grey oversized sweatshirt.
