A grass and scrub fire happened in Healesville on the last day of the Easter holidays.

Local emergency services were alerted for the approximately 15m by 15m sized fire around 11.16am on Monday 1 April.

Ambulance Victoria (AV) was on the scene and treated a person for injuries.

“No emergency treatment or transport was required,” an AV spokesperson said.

Three CFA units responded from Healesville with three fire trucks.

“The incident was deemed under control at 11.40am and declared safe at 11.49am,” a CFA spokesperson said.

“Victoria Police was also on scene.”
