On Sunday 5 May, Healesville Police observed a 16year old male riding an electric motorcycle on the rear wheel only along Main Street, Maroondah Highway, Healesville.
Police caught up with the male at his home address and the motorcycle was impounded for 30 days at a cost of $1280.
The male will be attending the Ringwood Children’s Court for the charges of unlicensed driving and unregistered motor vehicle.
