Tayah, known to frequent the Ringwood, Healesville, Mitcham and Burwood areas, is missing.
The 14-year-old was last seen leaving an address in Elwood on Friday 29 November.
Tayah was last seen wearing a black hoodie, black tracksuit pants and black runners.
Anyone with information on Taylah’s whereabouts is urged to contact St Kilda Police Station on 9536 2626.
