WARBURTON’S rainfall for February was spot-on for average according to local rainfall recorder Keith Thomas who recorded 69.5mm.
The annual tally is 181mm in excess of the average of 148.2mm. In Healesville Alma Mitchell recorded 50mm on 12 days compared with just 2.6mm on four days last year.
Doug Armstrong, back on the other side of the valley at Hoddles Creek recorded 47mm in February with an annual total of 128mm compared with 25mm in 2009.
