A LILYDALE man and a Yarra Junction woman were charged about midnight on Wednesday 5 October for drug and weapon offences.
The 23-year-old man and 22-year-old woman were observed by police loitering in David Drive, in Lilydale.
Lilydale police confirmed that a knife was located on the male, and drugs and a knife were located on the female.
Both will appear at Ringwood Magistrates’ Court at a later date.
