Valentine’s Day treat on the menu

IF you’re looking for somewhere special to spend Valentine’s Day, Sanctuary House Restaurant and Bar is offering a special three-course meal prepared by their French executive chefs at just $40 per head.
The newly opened Sanctuary House Restaurant and Bar offers guests the choice of elegant indoor dining or a more casual outdoor dining experience in the beer garden, overlooking 10 acres of natural bushland and landscaped gardens.
The menu designed by executive chefs, features Australian, Thai, European and Mediterranean cuisine as well as a special vegetarian menu.
“Our food is served with fine wines from some of the best Yarra Valley vineyards, all at reasonable prices,” Sanctuary House Resort Motel’s director and manager, Sam Halim said.
Seniors’ meals are available on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Birthdays, reunions, special functions, weddings and conferences are also catered for with the restaurant seating up to 120 people and menus tailored to suit your taste and budget.
On-site accommodation is available and ranges from three and half star standard rooms and self-contained units for families to four-star deluxe and super-deluxe suites with four-poster beds and spas.
Guests can enjoy the use of the sauna, spa, in-ground solar-heated swimming pool, library, games room and the giant adventure playground.
Sanctuary House Resort Motel, at 326 Badger Creek Road, Healesville, has become a real sanctuary for visitors to the Yarra Valley, as well as local residents.
