ST JOSEPH’S Catholic Primary School is situated in the picturesque, leafy environment of Yarra Junction. The school community is committed to offering students a Catholic education that aspires to excellence and values the development of the whole person with students involved in academic, sporting, musical and artistic programs.
The school was originally established by the Sisters of St Joseph in Warburton and now continues at the Yarra Junction campus.
“Partnerships between school, home and the wider community are greatly valued,” said principal Peter Vanstan.
“Although we’re a small school, a comprehensive, exciting and challenging curriculum is offered to cater for the needs of all students.”
The school naturally prides itself on its proven literacy and numeracy programs but is also very proud of the sporting, visual and performing arts experiences it offers, which have received numerous awards in recent times.
The school can be contacted on 5967 1183 or visit www.sjynctn.melb.-catholic.edu.au.
