A free bullet journaling activity session is being hosted for all local carers at the Yarra Glen District and Learning Centre (YGDLLC) on Tuesday March 14 from 10 am to 11.30 am.
The session is free for carers and morning tea will be provided.
It is presented in partnership by the Yarra Ranges Shire and the Community Houses Association of the eastern suburbs (CHAOS).
This style of journaling can be used for self care and be quite creative, it begins with a blank page and goes from there.
The event will be held at Yarra Glen & District Living & Learning Centre, 12/14 Anzac Ave, Yarra Glen 3775.
