About 20 emergency service crews are at the site of an air balloon crash at Dixons Creek, with paramedics believed to be assessing several injured passengers.
The Go Wild balloon is thought to have made an unexpected landing at Bleases Lane, near a construction site, at Dixons Creek about 7am.
Local CFA, ambulance and police from Mooroolbark are at the scene.
Paramedic vehicles have been observed leaving the site, with injured passengers believed to have been taken to hospital.
